We Believe in the
Power of Play

Luff’s private elementary school program for ages 5-12. Beginner Theatre, Art, and Music are the springboards for foundational learning in the 5 Core subjects – Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Social/Emotional Learning. If your child is 12 and has never taken a Theatre or Music class before, they should start here first.

Our classes use the performing arts, gameschooling techniques, mindfulness practices, and movement to enrich and explore learning goals.

Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

A Journey Through the Arts in Education

Our program, designed for children aged 5 to 12, integrates the 5 Core areas of learning: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Social/Emotional Learning (SEL). At Luff Learning, we approach these subjects uniquely, using beginner Theatre, Art, and Music as the cornerstones for foundational learning.

Our approach to education is cross-curricular, harmoniously blending various subjects to enrich the learning experience. For instance, we use Theatre to bring Language Arts to life, engaging children in storytelling, play reading, writing, and analysis. Similarly, Art and Music are intricately woven into lessons in History, Science, and Mathematics, allowing children to explore and understand the world around them through a creative lens.

Classes at Luff Learning are ongoing throughout the year, with a balanced schedule that includes 10 weeks of breaks.

An Education Designed for Your Child

At Luff Learning, we believe in individualized education. We craft our curriculum to cater to each child’s unique needs, interests, and level of knowledge. Instead of relying on standard curriculum packages, our educators develop bespoke lesson plans guided by the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. This ensures a comprehensive education that aligns with state standards while recognizing the unique potential of each child.
